We want you to love your SafePengi™. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of the delivery date and we will make it right.

How to request a refund

Email us at safepengisupport@gmail.com with your order number. We may ask you for a photo of the item. In some cases we may ask you to return the item, and if so we will send you instructions.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, send us your order number and a photo within 30 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, at our expense.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days after approval for the refund to appear in your account. Banks and card issuers may take longer.

Order cancellations

To cancel an order before it ships, email us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, the refund process above applies.
